STEP 2
Copy the files from the disc image to a folder on your computer hard drive.
STEP 3
To use CD program:
Double click on the file named "POREFGUIDE".
To use the DVD program:
Double click on the file named "PODVDREFGUIDE".

Download the update you need:

Open the OSX image file, and you will find (using MAR 2010 as an example) "0310cd_update.fp5"
inside.
Open your existing Promo Only Songlisting Database on your computer.
Click the "Import" button on the MAIN MENU Screen. Choose
the file named "0310cd_update.fp5" and click "Open".
An "Import Field Mapping" screen appears that requests you
to "match the fields." The field names should already be matched,
but if they aren't, make sure the button in the top right of the window
is set to "VIEW BY --- MATCHING NAMES" and they will match
up for you. Then check to make sure that the middle column all have the
pointing arrow symbol "->" (not "--") If all the
columns you want imported are marked, click the button "Import."
DVD Updates:

Use the same instructions as for the CD updates. Using MAR 2010 as an example,
the file name in the disc image you need to choose will be "0310dvd_update.fp5".

provided to all of our subscribers. In order to avoid a fee-based technical
support system for the Reference Guide, we are no longer accepting telephone
