| Q. What genres are available on Express Audio DFF? |
| A. Express Audio DFF is programmed by combining select content from Mainstream Radio, Dance Radio, Urban Radio, Rhythm Radio, Modern Rock Radio and Country Radio selections onto one weekly disc. |

| A. As the demand increases, other formats will become available. |

| A. No. Express Audio DFF content is delivered weekly via DVD-ROM. |

| Q. What software do you recommend using with Express Audio DFF? |
| A. The software you use depends on your preference. Popular professional DJ software selections include, but are not limited to, Serato, Virtual DJ, PC/DJ, MegaSeg, and Numark's Cue. |

| Q. Can I get a discount if I order CD and DFF? |
| A. Express Audio DFF subscribers who wish to enjoy a monthly CD format are welcome to do so for a small additional fee per month. Suggested selections include our Club formats; our Latin selections; and the family-friendly content found on our Contemporary Christian series. |

| Q. Can I get Audio DFF and Video on DVD, too? |
| A. Express Audio DFF subscribers receive the unique opportunity to enjoy a monthly DVD selection for a small additional fee per month. Suggested selections include Hot Video (top 40), Club Video (dance) and Urban Video (hip-hop). |

| A. We are not currently offering DFF for any back issues. |

| Q. Does DFF require me to enter the track info once I open the file in my DJ software? |
| A. The Metadata (track info) is embedded in the lossless files Express Audio DFF offers, allowing your software to instantly access track information if it supports atoms without the need to type it in manually. |

| Q. Will these files play on my CD or DVD player? |
| A. Express Audio DFF will not play on your CD or DVD player. |
| Q. What is the average file size of a track? |
| A. An average length 3:45 track will be approximately 25MB |

| Q. What is the bitrate of an Express Audio DFF File? |
| A. Express Audio DFF is encoded as Apple Lossless. Unlike a typical MP3 which has fixed bitrates that directly correlate to quality, this file type is variable bitrate meaning that bits are allocated as needed to achieve identical quality to an uncompressed WAV. Therefore, there is no specific bitrate that can be quoted. |

| Q. Is there any need to further encode the audio file? |
| A. Those wishing to convert the lossless files provided to MP3, etc, are free to do so. |

| Q. How much room will a copy of Express Audio DFF use on my hard drive? |
| A. An issue of Express Audio DFF will take up approximately 500MB. |
